Femoral anteversion refers to a twist or an angulation of the femur away from the frontal plane.
- When measuring the hip rotation during the torsional profile, hip internal rotation will exceed hip external rotation.
- The sum of Hip IR and ER is usually 120 degrees before age 2 and 95 to 110 degrees after age 2
